I, Bruce Trenery, had Jonathan White of Cascade Construction company, do a remodel of a home that I purchased in the Berkeley Hills in 2008.  Cascade guided me through territory uncharted in the sense that I had never undertaken a major remodel and did not know what to expect, and with patience and professional guidance helped me to make the decisions on what needed to be done and the most logical, and cost effective way to get the best result for the money spent.  Jonathan advised me on all sorts of topics from what would increase the value of the house, to ranges, cabinets, flooring and earthquake retrofitting.  His employees were timely, professional, and careful.  The work came out extremely well, and I have received compliments from all who have inspected the house since completion.  Things were done right the first time, and were done on time and within the budget that we agreed on as time went on during the project.  When I asked for changes mid job, I was accommodated.  I feel that I can recommend Cascade Construction as honest, professional, and sincere.  When any issue came up, they were quick to correct the problem.

I have read the many testimonials on the Cascade website and wholeheartedly agree with them.  Working with the Jonathans and their crew has been a pleasure.  Jonathan carefully and knowledgly helped us in our selections of materials for rain gutters.  Careful crews installed our gutters and we are quite pleased with the outcome.  Comments from the neighbors are all positive.  We will be asking Cascade for help with future projects.
